Anything Zebra-ish!

ZEBRUUUUHHH!

I so love the zebra print and to tell you frankly, I haven't bought anything that would suffice my craving for this kind of print (except for my nails). Poor me. Hopefully I could get the chance to buy at least one of those pretty stuffs before the year 2010 ends.

This is the Season to be Jolly

The spirit of Christmas is finally here! This is the season of loving, giving and sharing. Today is the birthday of our Lord Jesus who loved us, saved us and protected us from all evil. I love you my Lord Jesus! Thank you for teaching us how to love, give and share. Another year has passed; a very challenging year for my family. I thank you for the gift of family, friends and most especially my boyfriend. Thank you for all the blessings, I cannot ask for more. Happy birthday!

REAL or NOT?

ARE THESE PHOTOS REAL OR NOT?

 THEY'RE NOT!  THEY'RE JUST SCULPTURES!

These sculptures are made by Ron Mueck an Australian hyperrealist sculptor working in Great Britain. He was born on 1958. Mueck's early career was as a model maker and puppeteer for children’s television and films, notably the film Labyrinth for which he also contributed the voice of Ludo.

Cool, huh? ;)

MJMA

I just can't think of anything to blog about and for the sake of posting something new, I uploaded MJMA's recent profile picture on our Facebook page. Supposedly, this image is for MJMA's bulletin board however, I was told that the board's theme is all about the Christmas season thus, we used this as part of our scrapbook and MJMA's display picture on Facebook.  The end. :)

A True Masterpiece

This drawing was created by an artist named KIRBY GODOY SEGUI. He gave this to me last 2007 together with a huge piece of paper containing places, names and other important memories written on it. This image is obviously an illustration of himself carrying a tube where his plates are kept with that disgusting stuff (cigarette) in his mouth. It was a "kilig" moment for me since this was the first time I received a personalized gift from someone I truly love. And as you've noticed, he spelled my name inaccurately but then I realized that it's a cool way to spell and pronounce my name. The part I love the most in this piece is the heart. I believe that this heart signifies his great love for me and his career as well.

Goodmorning BEACH!

Who could ever resist the sweet smell of the ocean and the soothing sound of the waves? I just can't imagine myself sleeping in this heavenly room next to my loved one where there is complete silence, hearing nothing but your breathing.  It's like waking up in an endless dream, relishing the moments while sipping a cup of coffee on a cool, bright morning.

Open Coke, Open Happiness!

It's raining Coke and lots of Coke

On January 12, 2010, hidden cameras were placed in campuses to observe how students will react to Coca-Cola's "Happiness Machine". Students unexpectedly receive a Coca-Cola drink more than the amount they've bought. As you can see, students who are caught in tape showed their positive reactions towards the campaign which signifies the success of Coke's Open Happiness campaign.

The first time I saw this amazing video, I just wished that Coke would visit our campus next. Kidding aside, I believe that such marketing campaigns would somehow overthrow traditional advertising not just because they're cheaper but because those campaigns would definitely leave a mark.

Coca-Coca's Open Happiness campaign only implies that happiness can be found in  an unexpected time and place. It's not about spending tons of money, buying what you want, or traveling in the world's most beautiful places. It's all about sharing, loving and spending time with the special people. It's about giving, forgiving, accepting and feeling grateful for what you have. Happiness comes from the heart. We cannot fake happiness; it just comes out, then we smile and burst with laughter (sometimes with tears). And that's how I define happiness.

Enjoy life, experience happiness!
